About The Role

As a Community Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the emotional and mental wellbeing of students across the University of Leicester and De Montfort University. Using the power and reach of LCFC, you’ll create safe, welcoming spaces where students can access early help, build resilience and feel supported before reaching crisis point. From coordinating wellbeing cafés to delivering strengths‑based interventions, signposting and referrals, you’ll be at the heart of a service that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

Contract Type – Fixed-Term
Hours Per Week –30 hours per week

You may be required to work outside of normal office hours, at evenings and weekends.

Location – LCitC is based at King Power Stadium, Leicester. The delivery of sessions with take place at partner schools/Local Community centres etc and some aspects of the role will require homeworking, therefore you will need the ability to travel across multiple sites across Leicester and Charnwood.
