
Job Role: Complaints Handler
Monday- Friday - shifts between 8am-6pm.
Salary: £24,500 plus bonus to earn
Location: Nottingham- Hybrid working. Equipment provided!!
Training:Full induction training will be provided over 2 weeks in the office.
We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Complaints Handler to join our clients leading insurance provider. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers who wish to raise concerns or complaints. You will take ownership of each case, ensuring it is managed fairly, efficiently, and in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
