Composite Laminators – Automotive Project (3-Month Contract) – Immediate Start 

Mara Recruit are currently seeking experienced Composite Laminators to join our client’s Automotive project producing high-end cosmetic carbon fibre parts. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, quality-driven environment working across a range of automotive components.

Contract Details

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract Length: 3 Months

• Shifts & Rates:

  • Day Shift: £22.00 p/h (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm)

  • Night Shift: £24.00 p/h (Monday–Thursday, 6pm–6am)

  • Weekend Shift: £26.00 p/h (Saturday–Sunday, 6am–6pm)

Experience Required

• 3+ years’ experience as a Composite Laminator

• Proven background in Automotive and/or Motorsport projects

• Experience producing cosmetic carbon fibre parts

• Adaptable and confident working on a variety of vehicles and components

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishing

About the Role

You’ll be joining a skilled composites team working on visually critical carbon fibre parts for premium automotive applications. Candidates must be hands-on, adaptable, and confident in delivering top-tier work under tight deadlines.
