Job Description:

Composite Laminator – Contract (Outside IR35)
Location: Nottingham
Rate: Up to £23 per hour
Contract Length: 1–3 months
Hours: Monday – Friday


A well-established composites manufacturer in Nottingham is looking for an experienced Composite Laminator to support production on a short-term contract.


Key responsibilities:

• Hand lay-up of composite components (pre-preg and/or wet lay-up)
  
  
• Working to engineering drawings and lay-up schedules
  
  
• Vacuum bagging and preparation for cure
  
  
• Producing high-quality components to tight tolerances
  
  
• Adhering to quality and health & safety standards
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a composite laminator
  
  
• Background in motorsport, aerospace, automotive or high-quality composites
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
