The Role

You’ll start in a hybrid position, gaining hands‑on experience across several key areas of the business:

• Bid Writing
• Estimating
• Business Development
• Client communication and project support
• General pre‑construction and commercial tasks

You’ll work closely with experienced professionals who will mentor you, support you and help you grow into a confident construction professional.
