Role | Consultant Solicitor
Experience | Qualified Solicitor with an existing following (minimum £100,000)
Based | Fully Remote
Offer | 70% fee share + full admin & compliance support

We are working with a forward-thinking law firm to recruit Consultant Solicitors across multiple practice areas. This opportunity is ideal for confident, commercially minded lawyers seeking flexibility, autonomy and strong infrastructure support without the burden of running their own firm.

The firm offers a well-established consultancy model supported by significant investment in business development, compliance and administration.

What the role offers:

• 70% fee share on self-generated work, rising to 85% based on length of service.
• Strong internal referral network, with c.40% of work generated internally.
• Full admin, compliance and onboarding support from a central team.
• Access to outsourced business development generating regular enquiries.
• No requirement to handle admin, file opening or compliance processes.

The successful candidate:

• Is a qualified solicitor with confidence in managing their own matters.
• Has an existing following or portable client base with a minimum of £100,000
• Is entrepreneurial, self-motivated and commercially aware.
• Is looking for flexibility, autonomy and a long-term consultancy platform.
• Values being part of a supportive, collaborative firm rather than working in isolation.
