Contact Centre Manager Vacancy in Leicestershire

• Basic: £50,000
• OTE: £75,000
• 42.5-hour, 5-day working week on a rota

We are looking for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to take charge of a high-performing automotive telesales operation. You’ll be leading a large, fast-paced team and driving performance, conversion, and customer experience across the department.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone from a dealership sales background or with proven experience managing an automotive call centre environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a large telesales team of 17 executives, 2 centre supervisors, and 1 team leader
• Driving sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates
• Coaching and developing managers and advisors
• Monitoring call quality, activity levels, and productivity
• Implementing processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Working closely with senior management to achieve commercial targets

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing a large telesales or contact centre team
• Background in automotive dealership sales or automotive call centre leadership
• Strong people-management and coaching skills
• Commercially driven with a focus on results and performance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
