Contract Manager

Job Description:

Our client is an established national FM Provider with a strong presence in the retail sector. It is looking to hire a proven Contract Manager to run a hard services contract in Nottingham.

As the Contract Manager will be responsible for delivering a full hard services contract to a large retail outlet, you will have a team of 9 engineers, a supervisor and administrator. You will have full P&L responsibility of circa £1m plus minor works projects. In addition, you will oversee all specialist contractors and chair regular meetings with the client (managing agent).

The successful Contract Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role, have excellent communication skills, be an inspiring team leader and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.  You will also have a strong engineering background.

Our client is offering:

• £55,000 - £60,000 basic salary
