As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all works taking place across your designated sites and ensuring that works are being completed on time, to budget and to a high standard

What are we looking for?

• Someone who has prior experience being a Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager on a housing maintenance contract
• Someone who has a background in social housing, local authority or similar housing association.
• SMSTS Certificate
• Full UK's driving license

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and to the highest quality, while sticking to budgets.
• Meeting clients and managing their expectations.
• The first point of contact for clients and sub-contractors.
• Managing and production of all aspects of Health & Safety.
