Surfacing Contracts Manager

Location: Guernsey – UK Applications Welcome (Full Relocation Support)

BTP are delighted to be retained by Ronez, a leading building materials provider in the Channel Islands, to appoint an Estimator / Contracts Manager overseeing surfacing across Guernsey.

This is a key role within a long‑established business that holds the long‑term maintenance framework with the Government of Guernsey, ensuring the island’s vital infrastructure is delivered to the highest standards. You’ll play a central role in managing surfacing projects, supporting ongoing public works, and maintaining strong client relationships across the island.

The Role

• Lead safe, efficient delivery of surfacing and associated contracts across Guernsey
• Act as the senior customer contact, particularly for government and public‑sector stakeholders
• Drive work winning, pricing, and overall commercial performance
• Support, motivate and develop a high‑performing operational team
• Oversee financial performance with Commercial and QS teams
• Implement senior management initiatives and support business change
• Ensure strong communication, forward planning, and operational readiness
