An established and growing legal practice is seeking Paralegals to join its Corporate & Commercial and Dispute Resolution teams. These roles offer an excellent opportunity for individuals who are keen to build a long-term career in law and gain hands-on experience supporting busy legal teams.

You will play a key role in providing both legal and administrative support to fee earners, contributing to the efficient management of client matters from start to finish.

• Opening new files and assisting with client onboarding and due diligence checks

• Drafting and producing legal correspondence and documentation

• Acting as a point of contact for clients and external organisations, handling routine enquiries by telephone

• Managing diaries, arranging meetings, preparing agendas and recording notes or minutes

• Ensuring matter files are accurately maintained and kept up to date

• Monitoring and maintaining key dates and reminder systems

• Supporting file closures and archiving processes

• Assisting with general administrative tasks such as scanning, copying and filing

• Participating in team meetings and contributing to day-to-day team support

• Providing wider office support as required, including handling incoming and outgoing post, answering external calls and welcoming clients

• Comfortable working to deadlines and managing a varied workload

• Proactive, motivated and able to use initiative

• A strong communicator with clear written and verbal skills

• Well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Professional in appearance and approach

• Highly attentive to detail and accuracy

• Confident using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office and legal case management software
