Counterbalance Driver

Job Description:

Groomfield Recruitment are excited to be recruiting Counterbalance Driver for a thriving, modern warehouse based in Tamworth B78. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and growing team, working in a clean, well-organised environment.

Working Hours - 06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate - £12.21 per hour (Dependent on experience)

What you’ll be doing as a Counterbalance Driver:

• Order picking and packing
• Manual container unloading (Goods In)
• General warehouse duties (Goods Out)
• Supporting smooth day-to-day warehouse operations
• Driving the Counterbalance to offload goods (You won’t be operating the counterbalance on a full-time basis; the role will also include a variety of general labourers’ duties)

What we’re looking for in a Counterbalance Driver:

• External counterbalance licence (Must be able to provide a copy)
• Previous counterbalance experience – Essential
• Previous warehouse experience – Essential
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, manual work
• Reliable team player with a can-do attitude
• Positive and proactive approach to work
