Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client located near Barwell for Day or Night shift Counterbalance Driver’s to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

FLT Driver Job Details & Benefits;

• Night shift £16.90 per hour plus weekly bonus meaning further earnings
• Day shift £13.00 per hour plus weekly bonus meaning further earnings
• Bonus average up to £250 per week
• Night shift hours - 48 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 6pm-6am
• Day shift hours - 48 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 6am-4pm & Friday 6am-2pm

FLT Driver Job Details;

• Driving a counterbalance FLT
• Stacking pallets  
• Loading and unloading
• Moving products around the facility
• Checking the product as per specification
• Helping to clean and maintain the facility
• Covering production lines on breaks/busy periods
• Other duties as required by management

The environment is dusty, loud, and labour intense therefore applicants need to be physically fit.

FLT Driver Person Specification;

• Must have an in date Counterbalance licence
• Must be physically fit due to lifting and moving the product
• Ability to work well as a team
• Good understanding of H&S
• Own transport required due to location
