Role Overview:

• Stepping in to lead lessons in the absence of the regular teacher

• Delivering pre-prepared materials and keeping students focused on their learning

• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a calm, productive atmosphere

• Supporting students throughout the school day and acting as a positive influence

• Collaborating with school staff to maintain consistency and support learning outcomes

We're Looking for Individuals Who:

• Have experience working with children or teenagers (e.g. in coaching, mentoring, youth work, or support roles)

• Are confident managing a classroom and encouraging positive behaviour

• Communicate clearly and can adapt to different classroom situations

• Are dependable, proactive, and motivated to help students succeed

• Are interested in progressing into a teaching or educational support role
