Cover Supervisor – Secondary School Opportunity (Leicestershire)

Are you confident, professional, and looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a secondary school? Teaching Personnel are working with one of our long-standing partner schools in the Leicestershire area to recruit a flexible Cover Supervisor.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or teachers looking to gain more work-life-balance and have more flexibility in their role, and individuals with strong communication skills who want to develop classroom management experience while supporting pupils’ education.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to classes across a range of subjects.

• Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly.

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.

• Support pupils of varying abilities, including those with additional needs.

• Gain first-hand experience of working in a busy secondary school setting.

This role is ideal for:
