Are you confident in the classroom and passionate about working with young people? Smile Education is looking for Cover Supervisors to support a secondary school in Shepshed/Loughborough

This is the perfect opportunity if you:
- Have experience working with children or young adults

Your role will include:
- Supervising classes in the absence of teachers
- Ensuring students stay engaged and on task
- Managing classroom behaviour positively

Requirements:
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A degree or a current university student is ideal but A Level quals considered
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
