My client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team at a busy, customer-centric store that serves as the operational heart of their business. What you’ll need to succeed:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in speaking with customers both face to face and over the phone
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently when needed
• Comfort working in a small team and adapting to lone working scenarios
• Willingness to learn and represent the company’s services with pride

Day-to-day:

• Handling customer enquiries and converting them into sales
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the store
• Completing administrative tasks to ensure compliance with procedures
• Managing bad debt recovery and adhering to health and safety protocols
• Operating a forklift (training provided if needed) and conducting physical rounds of the store
