Customer Service Administrator

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join them.

Location – Loughborough

Pay Rate -£13ph depending on experience
 

Hours:

• Part-time: Mon–Thurs: 9am–3pm, Fri: 9am–1pm
• Flexibility: Full-time cover may be required – Mon–Thurs: 7am–4pm, Fri: 7am–1pm

Role Overview:
They are seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to support day-to-day operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry and database management
• Sales and purchase order processing
• Customer communication and issue resolution
• Maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting cross-functional teams as needed
