Here’s what the job involves:
Delivering top-level customer service via phone, email, and digital platforms
Logging and maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems
Handling queries, technical issues, and follow-up tasks with confidence
Supporting outbound campaigns and initiatives
Helping with process improvements and sharing ideas that make the service better
Dealing with complaints and escalating issues when necessary
Collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless customer service experience
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Are a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Have experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
Are organised and detail-oriented with good time management
Enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and can stay calm under pressure
Know your way around IT systems, including CRM and Microsoft Office
Can manage a high volume of calls and emails while staying friendly and focused
