Customer Service & Sales Assistant – Nottingham
Permanent | 37.5 hours per week | Start Date: August 2025 (ASAP)

We’re looking for a confident and people centric Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join a thriving student residence in Nottingham. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering exceptional service with every interaction. Whether it’s welcoming new arrivals, resolving issues with a calm and caring approach, or giving inspiring tours that convert leads into bookings, you’ll be central to creating a positive and lasting impression.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as a friendly and approachable presence at reception, offering helpful and patient support to students

• Responding to enquiries and solving problems quickly, with kindness and confidence

• Conducting engaging building tours and supporting with sales conversions to help meet and exceed occupancy targets

• Assisting with open days, social events, and community engagement through both in-person activities and digital platforms

• Working closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the residence

• Championing a team-oriented environment with a proactive, positive mindset

• A natural people-person who thrives on building connections and helping others

• Someone with experience in customer service, sales, hospitality—or simply someone who brings energy and reliability to every shift

• Digitally capable and comfortable using emails, calendars, and systems

• Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and ready to jump in wherever needed
