Job Title: Customer Services Advisor / Telemarketing Consultant

Location: Leicester, LE1

Salary: £23,100pa

Hours: 8.45am - 5.00pm Monday-Friday

Foxes Recruitment are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Advisor to work for our client based in the City Centre of Leicester.

We are recruiting for a permanent member of staff to work for our client who is a Will and Estate Planning business based in the heart of Leicester.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:

Instruct and advise clients
Identify potential threats to the clients estates
Deliver excellent customer service
Ensure you have carried out all of the clients final wishes

Customer Service experience on phones is essential, and 2 weeks of intense training will be given.
