We're looking for a Customer Insights & Success Analyst to dig into our clients' customer data, spot trends, and turn insights into actions that boost satisfaction, cut returns, and drive sales. You'll take ownership of key accounts, uncover the stories behind the numbers, and work closely with the Customer Experience Manager to deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations that shape smarter, customer-focused decisions. Description of the role:
- Manage and review key customer accounts to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Analyse customer behaviour, product adoption, sales performance, and returns data.
- Produce timely reports, dashboards, and monthly presentation packs with clear insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to implement customer-focused improvements.
- Identify and resolve recurring customer issues through process and product improvements.
- Act as a customer advocate internally, ensuring feedback is captured and actioned.
- Contribute to strategies that drive increased sales, reduced returns, and improved customer satisfaction.
About you:
- Proven analytical skills with experience turning data into clear, actionable insights
- Advanced Excel expertise, including pivot tables, lookups, data modelling, etc.
- Confident communicator, able to bring data to life with reports and presentations
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Collaborative approach with experience working closely with internal teams.
- Commercially aware, knowledge of sales cycles, returns, and customer metrics.
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Bonus points for experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, or similar).
