The Role:
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures at all times, following the DfE (‘Keeping Children Safe in Education, 2025’) statutory guidance
- Confidently lead a classroom, delivering pre-planned engaging lessons in the teacher’s absence
- Manage student behaviour effectively, positively and professionally in line with the school’s behaviour policy
- Adapt quickly to new schools and different subjects
- Be flexible and reliable, as your weekly schedule may change depending on demand
