Job Description:

Debrief Clerk (Temp to Perm) – Dayshift
Location: Appleby Magna
Hours: Tuesday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30, Saturday 08:00 – 14:30
Off: Mondays (unless ad hoc cover required)
Pay Rate: £12.61 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Debrief Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing driver debriefs, paperwork, and vehicle documentation. Full training will be provided, and you will receive ongoing support from our dedicated office team.

Key Responsibilities for Debrief Clark:

• Liaising with drivers and managing paperwork
• Handling vehicle documentation and debrief processes
• Using internal computer systems and MS Excel
• Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements for Debrief Clark:

• Some IT experience, particularly with Excel
• Reliable and punctual attitude
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent communication skills
