What You’ll be doing:

The role will involve:

• Running a caseload of debt recovery matters
• Managing claims via a debt claims portal
• Dealing with small claims defences after LBA's have been issued
• Preparing witness statements / bundles 
• Taking calls from clients
• Taking instructions from clients
• Assisting senior solicitors
• Use of market leading, cutting-edge software/technology

Who we're looking for:

Suitable candidates are likely to have:

• Previous debt recovery experience in small claims defence matters
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience of using legal case management systems
• Degree level education 
• LPC/LLM or equivalent (desirable)
• A desire to qualify as a solicitor in the longer term and specialise in litigation work

This is a full-time permanent job, working 9.00am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. The role will be fully office-based. Hybrid working will be available once fully qualified.
