Location: Wollaton, Nottingham
Salary: £32,448 – £36,400 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We are recruiting on behalf of a respected therapeutic children’s residential provider who is expanding its services. As part of this growth, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join their team in one of its established homes to help provide exceptional care to the young person who resides in the property.

Our client delivers high‑quality therapeutic residential care for children aged 7–17 who have experienced trauma, neglect or disrupted early life experiences. Their approach is rooted in attachment‑based practice, trauma‑informed models, and therapeutic parenting techniques such as PACE and DDP. Their homes offer safety, stability and consistent support, enabling children with social, emotional and complex needs to build resilience and achieve positive outcomes.

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the home and lead a team of Therapeutic Residential Carers.
