About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and motivated experienced Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or a Deputy Manager to join our client's team in a Children’s Home (EBD and LD positions available) setting in the Burton-onTrent area. You will play a key role in supporting young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties, ensuring high standards of care and leadership. 

Key Requirements:

• Level 3 in Children's Residential or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role within children’s residential care EBD or LD
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (Preferred)
• Confident, reliable, and passionate about supporting young people
