Position: Deputy Manager 
Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire 
Pay rate: £18.36 per hour + Quarterly Bonuses!
Hours: Full time, Days

Careermakers is recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a reputable residential care home in the heart of Market Harborough. This medium bedded purpose-built home caters to residents with nursing, dementia & residential care needs. As a Deputy Manager , you will work closely with the Home Manager to the correct care is provided to residents.

Responsibilities as a Deputy Manager:

• Support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality care and smooth daily operations.
• Supervise and mentor care staff to ensure compliance and best practice standards.
• Assist with regulatory compliance, audits, and maintaining CQC requirements.

Requirements as a Deputy Manager:

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 (Health & Social Care)
• Previous residential/nursing home experience
• Previous management experience
