We’re recruiting a Deputy Manager to support the day‑to‑day running of a residential children’s home delivering safe, high‑quality, Ofsted‑regulated care. This Deputy Manager role is ideal for an experienced senior practitioner within residential childcare who is ready to step into stronger leadership responsibility.

As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Registered Manager to promote safeguarding, positive outcomes, and a stable, child‑centred culture for young people living in the home.
