Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment and support the Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide our team. This role requires a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the smooth running of kitchen and front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain a positive dining experience.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff alike.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with bartending practices is an advantage but not essential.
