Job Description:

Role Purpose:

As a Designer at Polypipe Civils & Green Urbanisation, you will be responsible for developing creative designs for a variety of messages and channels, whilst evolving the CGU brand identity and employee brand. 

In essence, your role will involve creating assets that work for the audience and feel like us. Whether that be supporting a new brand campaign, product launch with supporting informational collateral, or creating our internal employee brand. 

The successful candidate will play a key role within a growing, enthusiastic team and be able to demonstrate an exceptional creative ideas which are effectively executed.   

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop brand guidelines to reflect our Polypipe Civils & Green Urbanisation identity 

• Bring ideas and creative solutions 

• Support Campaign Manager and PR & Content Coordinator by building creative collateral to support campaigns across multiple channels inc social, email, DM, web, PR etc 

• Create large format graphic designs for events 

• Develop new Product Guide and datasheets 

• Execute the design and printed publication of our internal magazine 

• Support in the development of an Employee Brand with consideration and alignment with our parent company, Genuit Group 

• Create assets to support internal communication from other departments ie H&S initiatives, the Offliners Community Groups  

Person Specification:

• Good It skills, proficient in MS packages.
• High competency in Adobe Suite inc. InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience in developing a brand visual identity
• Experience in B2B Creative comms
• Ability to create creative, successful content for multiple channels
