Jelly Technical is recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturer for a Despatch Manager to join an innovative team, within a business that creates cutting edge meal solutions into the UK food supply chain, across retail and food service.

As Despatch Manager your key responsibilities include:

• Managing the despatch function on a night shift to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Remain part of the 'hands on' function within the despatch team.
• Leading health & safety best practices and promoting a safe working culture.
• Effective communication to the team on order levels and work allocation to ensure deadlines are met.

What You'll Bring:

• Experienced as Despatch Supervisor.
• Food / FMCG experience is essential.
• Good decision making skills and the ability to react to change.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• FLT licence - essential and in date
