We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Despatch Supervisor (Nights) to lead our despatch operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe processes. You will play a key role in managing the team, maintaining operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement across all areas of the despatch function. You'll work Sun to Wed on nights

Despatch Supervisor (Nights) Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day despatch operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Apply company policies and procedures effectively, while working with the business to develop and improve them.
• Champion Health and Safety compliance, ensuring your team operates in a safe and secure environment.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with your team, allocating work, setting deadlines, and addressing any operational issues.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on high performance, attention to detail, and operational excellence at all times.

Despatch Supervisor (Nights) Experience

• Proven experience and deep knowledge in production and shift management
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Knowledge of performance evaluation
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software, including M3/Infor experience
• Outstanding communication ability
• Excellent organisational and leaderships skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
• You must hold a FLT Licence
• Only candidates that can demonstrate hands on experience of managing a team will be considered for these roles.
