DEVELOPMENT CHEF (New Product Development - NPD)

My client, a successful food manufacturer is seeking a New Product Development Chef to join their Leicester based team.

This role is to support the NPD & EPD activity from concept and you will support the process scale up through to launch.

About you:

• Eye for innovation and creativity
• Real passion for food 
• Excellent knowledge of food combinations
• You must be innovative and challenging thinking
• Be able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and prioritise your tasks, manage a busy workload
• Presentation skills to customers/ retailers
