We are seeking a Development Technician/Development Engineer to work within the Test Cells Department, responsible for the testing, development and validation of Triumph’s engine range.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting engine tests including durability, calibration, performance, and mechanical development.
- Prepare, install, and maintain engines and test cell equipment.
- Analyse and report test results, ensuring data quality.
- Develop departmental procedures and support fault diagnosis.
- Assist with projects and other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with engine testbed operation and calibration tools
- Background in automotive, manufacturing, or engineering environments
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workload
- Committed to maintaining high data quality standards
- Effective communicator with clear written and verbal skills
- Proactive in raising technical issues and attending stakeholder meetings
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to work under pressure
