We are seeking a Development Technician/Development Engineer to work within the Test Cells Department, responsible for the testing, development and validation of Triumph’s engine range.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting engine tests including durability, calibration, performance, and mechanical development.
• Prepare, install, and maintain engines and test cell equipment.
• Analyse and report test results, ensuring data quality.
• Develop departmental procedures and support fault diagnosis.
• Assist with projects and other duties as required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with engine testbed operation and calibration tools
• Background in automotive, manufacturing, or engineering environments
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workload
• Committed to maintaining high data quality standards
• Effective communicator with clear written and verbal skills
• Proactive in raising technical issues and attending stakeholder meetings
• Adaptable, resilient, and able to work under pressure
