About Apprenticeship Programme 2025/2026

Following the success of the inaugural edition of our Digital Transformation Apprenticeship Programme in 2024/2025 which focused on Data and Analytics Gardner Aerospace is proud to launch its second edition for 2025/2026, now with aspecial emphasis on Artificial Intelligence (AI).

This year, the programme evolves to explore how AI can be applied across our operations to create real business value. Apprentices will actively contribute to defining, testing, and deploying AI-driven use cases, helping shape the future of our
digital landscape. In parallel, apprentices will be involved in major global projects — most notably, the deployment of a new global ERP system, a key milestone in Gardner’s digital roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience while working at the forefront of digital innovation within a global aerospace organisation.

As a member of the Digital Transformation team, you will follow structured project management methodologies to deliver successful digital solutions. You will support some of our projects (sample list):

Global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Deployment
Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Paperless production / Digital Work Orders
Indoor Tracking
Advanced Logistics Solutions
Master Data Management
Power-Bi Global Catalogue
Intercompany EDI platform
Microsoft Power Platform developments
AI Use Case Exploration & development integrated into operations

Throughout the apprenticeship, you will learn some key skills and apply proven industry practices that contribute directly to your degree while adding value to our business. You’ll work with various teams within a global organization to deliver successful digital solutions and set up standard processes and practices across the different sites and business areas.

Depending on your speciality area, you may become subject matter expert/lead within Gardner and will contribute with bespoke solutions development and customisation to meet evolving business needs. You’ll actively contribute to Gardner Digital Transformation Community and participate to Technology Watch whenever required.
