Role: Dispute Resolution Solicitor - NQ+
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £38,000+ (DOE)

Simpson Judge have partnered with a Nottingham based law firm who are seeking a technically strong Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their established team. This is an opportunity to be apart of a forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation for resolving complex commercial disputes with efficiency, clarity, and commercial insight.

The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with highly experienced litigators on a diverse and challenging caseload, including:

• Contractual disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Insolvency litigation
• Debt recovery for businesses and individuals
• Contentious probate and trust disputes

You'll be given early responsibility, direct client contact, and the opportunity to develop both technically and commercially in a supportive and high-performing environment.

What We're Looking For:

• A newly qualified solicitor or above
• A seat in commercial litigation or a similar contentious discipline
• A confident communicator with excellent drafting skills
• Commercially astute, with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative legal setting
