Drainage Engineer – Midlands | Paid Travel & Overtime Salary: £40,300 – £45,500 + 1.5x Overtime | Company Vehicle Provided

Vector is recruiting experienced  Drainage Engineers for a leading maintenance services provider in the Midlands, specialising in commercial and domestic drainage solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled engineers experienced in High Pressure Water Jetting, CCTV Drain Surveys, de-scaling, and basic plumbing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior drainage engineers on technical issues
  
  
• Respond to emergency and reactive drainage call-outs across the Midlands
  
  
• Operate High Pressure Water Jetting, Core Cleaning, De-Scaling, and CCTV equipment
  
  
• Perform basic plumbing works: removing/replacing toilets, urinals, isolation valves, and other minor plumbing tasks
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in drainage or plumbing
  
  
• Competent in electro-mechanical and CCTV drainage equipment
  
  
• Full UK driving licence (?6 points)
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and strong problem-solving skills
  
  

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
  
  
• On-call rota included
  
  
• Travel time paid
