This inspiring Drama Teacher role is about nurturing self-expression, teamwork, and resilience through the performing arts. Teaching across KS3 and KS4, you’ll guide students in exploring story, character, and voice, while preparing them for both practical and written GCSE drama assessments. You’ll strike a creative balance between structured direction and the freedom to explore. Your involvement might also include directing school plays, running drama clubs, and cultivating a school culture where every performance—big or small—is celebrated.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expressive and engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4

Requirements

• QTS with a focus on drama or performing arts

• Practical experience in theatre or performance direction
