Job Description:

Are you a passionate, qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator looking to make a real difference in children’s lives? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated practitioner to join our friendly nursery team in Rugby.

As part of our nurturing and supportive environment, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years. You’ll work closely with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

While you won’t be assigned to a particular room, you’ll have the opportunity to work across the nursery, supporting different age groups and gaining varied experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
• Plan, observe, and assess learning in line with the EYFS framework.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery’s practice and provision.
• Ensure safeguarding and health and safety standards are consistently upheld.

Requirements:

• Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, proactive, and flexible approach.
