CALLING ALL EARLY YEAR'S TEACHING ASSISTANTS
We are seeking a kind, nurturing and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming setting in Rugby, Warwickshire, on a full-time basis. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children at a crucial stage of their development, helping them feel safe, confident and excited to learn. You will play a key role in providing consistent care, encouragement and support, working closely with children and staff to create a positive, inclusive early years environment where every child can thrive.
ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
* Early years qualification (essential).
* Strong behaviour management skills.
* A minimum of 2 years' UK Teaching Assistant experience.
* Excellent safeguarding knowledge, as well as safeguarding training (we can provide training).
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
* References covering the last two years of employment.
