About the Role
As our Ecommerce Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels, including marketplaces, B2B portals and our direct‑to‑consumer platforms. You’ll optimise product listings, analyse performance data, manage customer enquiries and work closely with production and marketing to ensure smooth order fulfilment and consistent brand presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Online Sales & Marketplace Management
- Manage and optimise product listings across ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, B2B portals)
- Monitor pricing, promotions and competitor activity to maximise sales and margin
- Ensure product content, imagery and descriptions are accurate, engaging and compliant
- Track stock availability and coordinate with production to maintain healthy inventory levels
Customer Engagement & Service
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle order issues, returns and feedback to maintain excellent service ratings
- Build strong relationships with key online customers and partners
Performance & Reporting
- Analyse sales data, trends and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
- Recommend improvements to listings, promotions and digital strategy
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing to support campaigns, new product launches and brand consistency
- Liaise with production, dispatch and quality teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Support wider commercial projects as the business continues to grow
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in e-commerce, online sales or digital account management
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces and ecommerce best practices
- Confident using data to drive decisions and improve performance
- Excellent written communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- A passion for food, FMCG or fast‑moving environments is a bonus
