Electrical Engineer – £40,000 + Van, Tablet & Free Gym Membership | Coventry

I am looking to speak with experienced Electrical Engineers interested in a new opportunity working across a portfolio of sites in Coventry. This is a great chance to join a well-established team that values technical excellence, reliability, and long-term career growth.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, testing, and inspection across multiple sites. You’ll ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard, while working closely with a supportive and professional maintenance team.

What’s on offer:

• £40,000 per annum

• Regular working pattern: 06:00 – 14:30
• 1 in 5 late shift: 13:30 – 22:00
• 1 in 5 weekend shift (maintaining a 5-day working week)

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Electrical Engineer (C&G / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Testing & Inspection certification (2391 or equivalent required)
• Previous experience in building services or facilities maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to work across multiple Coventry sites
