Electrical Estimator – Building Services

Location: Tamworth / West Midlands
Company: Family-run M&E Contractor with long-term clients and steady workflow

Elitehire Solutions are working with a family-run Building Services Contractor who’ve built a strong reputation across the Midlands. Due to growth, they’re looking for an Electrical Estimator to join their estimating team.

Role Overview:

• Preparing tenders and take-offs for commercial and industrial projects

• Working from drawings and specifications to produce accurate costings

• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and the in-house projects team

• Contributing to design reviews and value engineering

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator

• Knowledge of commercial and industrial projects

• Ability to work independently in a small, close-knit team
