Electrical Improver

Job Description:

Electrical Improvers - Required near Daventry
 
We are are looking for 2 x Electrical Improvers to work on a 4on/4off 12 hour shift pattern. There are days shifts, 6am - 6pm and night shifts, 6pm - 6am available.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for Electrical Improvers to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor automated conveyor systems across the site.
• Respond swiftly to any electrical faults, jams, or system blockages.
• Assist in basic electrical fault finding and support maintenance technicians as needed.
• Safely clear jams/blockages and report completion over radio to restart operations.
• Support planned maintenance and improvements as directed by senior engineers.

Requirements:

• Relevant electrical qualifications or currently working towards them (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, 18th Edition desirable).
• Basic understanding of electrical systems in an industrial setting.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern.
• Clear communicator with a good attitude to teamwork and safety.
