Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Coalville – Temp to Perm – Immediate Start

Invictus are recruiting for an experienced electrical maintenance engineer to complete PPM and reactive maintenance on a large static site, in Coalville. The client is looking for IMMEDIATE engineers as this position is a temporary to permanent opportunity consisting of 7am to 4pm days.

You will be expected to have good all round knowledge of other FM disciplines and worked on other FM/Building Services roles.

The client in question is a leading body within the facilities maintenance industry and the site being a warehouse facility that supports the motor industry. You will be an integral member of the team in maintaining the buildings facilities and ensuring the day to day running of the site.

Job Role:

The position is a Monday to Friday 7-4 role and it will be paying up to £28 per hour there is a perm salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience.

Duties:

• Ensure the PPM's and reactive maintenance is completed
• Work on the electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, display lighting, sockets, switchboards, fuses, distribution, basic BMS and controls
• Ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained
• Assisting with general upkeep and fabric maintenance
• This is a temporary position on a leading contract where you will be joining as an integral member of the team in order to ensure the smooth running of a large critical site.

Skills Required:

The successful candidate MUST have:

• Electrically trained with at least 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance and services.
• Must have 17th or 18th edition
• Must have Level 3 Electrical installation
• Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
