Electrical Engineer – Leicester – £40,000 + 1-in-4 Call Out

The Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established FM services provider for a Static Electrical Engineer based at a large, high-profile commercial site in Leicester. This is a great opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer seeking a stable, site-based role with consistent work and a competitive package.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on site
• Fault-finding and repair of electrical systems and equipment
• Working on lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and basic building services
• Ensuring minimal downtime of critical systems
• Completing all works in line with health & safety and compliance standards
• Liaising with on-site management and other engineering teams

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer within a commercial or FM environment
• Relevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
