Electrical Manager – Domestic & High-End Residential

£50,000 – £60,000 + Benefits
Field-Based | Candidates within 1 hour of Rugby

The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Manager to oversee electrical installation and maintenance operations across premium domestic properties and residential projects. You’ll manage day-to-day electrical works, deliver accurate quotes, ensure compliance, and support a small team of engineers.

This is a key role for someone who takes pride in delivering first-class service, is confident with customers, and can maintain high standards across multiple jobs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing electrical install and maintenance works across domestic and high-end housing contracts

• Carrying out site visits, surveys and producing accurate, competitive quotes

• Overseeing a small team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support

• Ensuring all work complies with electrical regulations and safety standards

• Liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Scheduling and planning works to maximise efficiency

• Conducting quality checks and ensuring exceptional workmanship

• Supporting business growth through excellent customer service and professional advice

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Electrical Manager, Senior Electrician or Electrical Supervisor

• Strong background in domestic electrical installation and maintenance

• Experience working on high-end or premium residential projects (preferred)

• Able to produce accurate quotes and scope of works

• Good understanding of electrical compliance and certification

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills

• Full UK driving licence

• NVQ Level 3 / 18th Edition / Testing & Inspection (desirable)

We are looking for candidates within 1 hour of Rugby – ideal areas include Rugby, Coventry, Northampton, Leicester, Warwick, Leamington, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Market Harborough and surrounding regions.
