Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Leicestershire (Projects across the East Midlands)
Salary: Circa £55,000 + Package

The Company
A well-established, small-to-medium sized M&E Contractor based in Leicestershire is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering high-quality installations, the company operates across a range of sectors including Education, Ministry of Justice (MoJ), and Healthcare.

The Role
As Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering electrical packages on projects valued up to £5 million. You will oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Oversee procurement, programming, and resource allocation
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting
• Manage financial performance, including cost control and variations

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within an M&E or building services environment
• Experience delivering projects up to £5m in value
• Strong knowledge across sectors such as Education, MoJ, or Healthcare is desirable
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• Relevant electrical qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent preferred)

Location & Travel
This role is based in Leicestershire, with projects located across the East Midlands. Travel to sites will be required.
