We are currently recruiting Electrical Team Leader at a FMCG client based in Rugby with work at other sites.

The key responsibilities of this role as an Electrical Team Leader are:

• Proven track record as a Team Leader or as an Approved Electrician looking for development.
• Supervising small electrical teams on-site to deliver high-quality work safely, on time, and in line with project specifications.

• Fully qualified to BS 7671 (IEE Wiring Regulations 18th Edition) with extensive hands-on experience in electrical installations and the integration of new equipment within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing environments
• Strong background in fault finding and electrical testing, with a focus on reducing downtime and maintaining operational continuity in fast-paced industrial settings.
• Successfully delivered project work involving fibre optic and data cabling, cable routing, system testing, and process upgrades—supporting automation, efficiency, and compliance.
• Skilled in the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of lighting and low-voltage power systems in high-demand production facilities.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting complex schematic drawings and technical documentation to ensure accurate and efficient execution of works.

Qualifications and Skills of an Electrical Team Leader:

• Previous team leader or desire to be a team leader as a strong approved electrical
• Level 3 Electrical qualification
• Knowledge of the 18th Edition wiring regulations BS7671, 18th Edition
• Strong team player with excellent communication
• Full, clean driving licence

The employment package for an Electrical Team Leader is:

• Basic of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
• 40 hours per week
• Overtime at time and a half, O.T.E Minimum of £50,000 to £55,000 (as team currently do 10 hours minimum on top per week)
• Plus, double pay on Sundays
• Plus travel allowance
• Plus, Enhanced Lodge and travel allowance if staying away on the rare opportunity
• Plus, Transport and uniform provided.
